Paul Robinson     <<back to artists

Paul was born in 1959, grew up in Lazonby in the Eden Valley and went to art school in Carlisle. He then moved to London where he began to work on his portfolio of drawings, wanting to become an illustrator. It was at this time that he started to develop his early style of working.

His work now portrays a place and an atmosphere, achieved with the unique way in which he uses the paint.

Now living and working from his studio in Norfolk, his reputation continues to grow as more and more collectors are seeing him as one of Britain's up and coming naive artists, causing quite a stir within the art market. Some well known galleries have exhibited his work.
