Please contact Ray Michaels Gallery
by emailing us, or telephoning us using
contact details on the contact page,
quoting the artist’s name and the
reference no. of the picture. We will then get in touch with you
and confirm the price of the piece of artwork, together
with the costs of packaging and postage.
Delivery can be arranged worldwide and rest
assured all artworks are insured during transit. We only use
reputable delivery services. Responsibility for the artwork only
falls upon the buyer/recipient after the delivery has been
accepted, therefore the artwork should be inspected on receipt
and, if damaged, we should be advised immediately.
The carriage rate will be advised to you and will
depend on the delivery location and the size of the piece of art
work. However in some circumstances, especially if you live
within a small distance of the gallery it may be possible to
deliver your selected piece of art free of charge.
Refunds - If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase then you may return the item to the Gallery within
14 days of receipt. We will arrange collection as long as it has
been re-packaged securely for transportation.
Once the item has been returned and received by us
in perfect condition within the 14 days we will refund the
entire amount paid excluding any shipping costs. The buyer
will not be held liable for the cost of the artwork whatsoever
in the event you should simply change your mind.
